Job DescriptionYou will lead and develop the Supply Chain Management function and support the team through coaching, structure, and clear priorities. You will drive portfolio and capacity planning across the full project lifecycle, from tender stage to execution. You will create visibility of capacity and ensure priorities are aligned across hubs, business lines, and project needs. You will establish and maintain structured planning methods, including S&OP processes and other ways of working that strengthen coordination. You will ensure internal and external capacity is used effectively and translate sourcing plans into practical project delivery together with operations. You will work closely with procurement and operational stakeholders to connect supplier-related activities with business and project needs. You will develop and improve logistics, warehousing, and storage setups to support efficient and reliable material flows. You will drive consistency and continuous improvement across logistics processes and network performance. You will secure end-to-end supply chain integration in projects by clarifying roles, processes, and interfaces across teams and locations. You will identify risks early, manage trade-offs, and handle escalations that may affect delivery, cost, capacity, or timelines. You will collaborate closely with commercial, execution, and procurement teams in an international setting.
