- Understanding of operational security (OPSEC), risk management, and attribution considerations.
- Experience using collaboration, knowledge management, and project tracking platforms.
- Proficiency in developing executive briefings, mission updates, and strategic planning documents.
- Ability to work effectively with technical subject matter experts across software, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and research disciplines.
