About the role
We are looking for a hands-on and commercially minded Tenancy and Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of our coffee shop outlets. You will be the key point of contact for all tenants, ensuring smooth operations, healthy cash flow, and a consistently high standard across all locations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across multiple coffee shop outlets, ensuring each location runs efficiently and to standard.
- Manage tenant relationships - act as the primary liaison for all existing tenants, resolving issues promptly and maintaining positive working relationships.
- Ensure timely collection of rental and other payments from tenants; follow up on outstanding accounts and escalate where necessary.
- Monitor and manage overall money flow across outlets, including petty cash, rental income, and operational expenses.
- Source and onboard new tenants for vacant stalls -including prospecting, conducting viewings, negotiating terms, and completing tenancy documentation.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess outlet conditions and enforce compliance with tenancy agreements and hygiene standards.
- Coordinate with relevant parties (maintenance, suppliers, NEA, etc.) to support smooth operations across all locations.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B, property, ormulti-outlet operations management.
- Prior experience managing tenants or sub-tenants is strongly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills - comfortable working with a diverse group of stallholders and vendors.
- Financially savvy, with the ability to track and manage cash flow, rental collections, and basic P&L.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin or a dialect is an advantage (for communication with tenants).
- Willing to travel between outlets regularly.
