About the role

Certificates, EPI, and schedules of insurance h. Payments i. Quotes j. Claims coordination and support Lead renewal strategy and execution by proactively managing renewal timelines, identifying coverage gaps, remarketing accounts when appropriate, and collaborating closely with producers throughout the renewal process. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by maintaining a strong understanding of their business needs, risk exposures, and insurance programs. Proactively identify opportunities to improve coverage, enhance client protection, and support account retention and growth. Maintain current knowledge of insurance coverages, industry trends, carrier guidelines, and available markets through ongoing education and professional development. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all client activity within agency management systems and carrier platforms. Maintain strong working relationships with clients, carriers, producers, and internal team members to ensure seamless service delivery. Participate in client meetings, presentations, and renewal discussions as needed alongside producers or independently as appropriate. Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by agency leadership. REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE - Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and progressively responsible insurance experience considered. - 5+ years of insurance account management, client service, or commercial lines experience required. - Demonstrated experience independently managing an assigned book of business or complex client accounts. - Strong, working knowledge of Minnesota insurance regulations and applicable insurance laws. - Advanced understanding of Property & Casualty insurance coverages, policy language, endorsements, and coverage interpretation. - Experience advising clients or producers on coverage options, renewals, and risk exposures strongly preferred. - Active Minnesota Property & Casualty Insurance License required. - Advanced proficiency with agency management systems, carrier portals, and Microsoft Office applications, including ability to use systems for account tracking, renewal management, and reporting.
