About the role

Job Description :- - Responsible for day-to-day operation and planning manpower allocation based on job requirements - Arrange logistics for deliveries and provide photo reports for job completion - Source materials and spare parts as a purchaser when needed - Proficient in reading drawings for steel and piping work - Flexible in adapting to changes in job scope - Inspect and prepare quotations for workshop fabrication, vessel port calls, anchorage work, and voyage jobs - Manage production teams and subcontractors for efficient job mobilization - Prepare project schedules and oversee project activities for timely completion and quality - Negotiate and liaise with vendors and suppliers for best prices and availability of materials - Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance - Monitor project budgets and expenses for cost-effectiveness - Maintain documentation and records related to project activities and operations - Stay updated with industry trends and suggest improvements and innovative solutions - Foster teamwork and effective communication to create a positive work environment - Adhere to safety protocols and regulations for a safe working environment Requirements :- - Higher Nitec/Diploma/Degree in Marine Engineering or equivalent - Highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic and proactive approach - Quick learners who take ownership of diverse projects and continuously acquire new skills - Forward-thinking professionals who seek challenges for self-improvement and assisting others - Able to travel overseas for Project discussion and management . Have driving license is a bonus - Fresh Graduate is welcome
