The role will require managing complex, ever-changing schedules, planning and organizing both internal and external events, domestic and international travel coordination, arranging and managing logistics efficiently for executives and team members. Key job responsibilities Key job responsibilities - Management of complex calendars and supporting teams in multiple locations - Manage domestic and international travel and expenses - Organize, execute, and assist with team activities (staff meeting agendas, all-team meetings, off-sites, and customer-facing events) - Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on open items - Act as a liaison for direct reports - Document writing, editing, and readiness - Help with engagement and employee morale initiatives
