NT Concepts is currently seeking a highly skilled SharePoint Developer to join our team based in Vienna, VA. This position will support an Arlington, Virginia based Government client partner. Duties to include the following: Building SharePoint Solutions using SharePoint designer, JQuery or ASP.NET when the requirements merit compiled code. Work with the business analyst to understand the end users' needs. Research and recommend third party tools to solve a business need or create custom web parts. Workflow Development as required. Participate in testing as needed. Perform Microsoft .NET development to extend and augment SharePoint platform. Integrating both custom developed and third-party SharePoint solution packages Education and Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline or equivalent in experience. A minimum of 5 years programming experience using Microsoft .NET technologies in a web-centric environment. 5+ years of experience in progressively challenging technical roles developing and deploying applications. Experience in building and maintaining applications using object oriented methodology. Position requires a solid understanding of Microsoft IW principles including supporting technologies such as SharePoint Technologies, Office System, InfoPath, Forms Services, Excel Services and Web services. Demonstrated experience analyzing, designing, development and delivery of web-based applications are required. Must have in-depth knowledge of .NET Framework, C#, ASP.NET and SQL Server. Clear and effective communications skills (written and oral) are required in addition to the ability to work with all levels of employees, team members and end users. Position requires an active DoD Secret level clearance. Local travel (Arlington, VA) may be required. We're only as good as the people who work here.
