Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multidisciplinary project teams in the planning, design, and delivery of ports, terminals, waterfront, and marine infrastructure projects.

- Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Marine Engineering, Coastal Engineering, or related discipline.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in ports and marine infrastructure projects, including design, project delivery, and client management.
- Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation in Canada or eligibility to obtain registration within 12 months.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Structural, Geotechnical, Marine, or Coastal Engineering.
- Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary engineering projects involving marine infrastructure.
- Experience with project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination.
- Proven experience delivering marine infrastructure projects from concept development through detailed design and construction support.
- Experience with port facilities, marine terminals, waterfront developments, dredging projects, wharves, jetties, breakwaters, and coastal protection structures.
- Demonstrated understanding of marine structural design, geotechnical considerations, coastal processes, and marine construction practices.
- Strong project management capabilities, including scope control, risk management, financial management, and client relationship management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience mentoring engineers and technical staff.
- PMP designation considered an asset.
- Experience supporting business development activities, including proposal preparation and client presentations.
- Experience working on projects within Atlantic Canada and familiarity with applicable provincial and federal regulatory requirements is considered an asset.
- Experience working with federal agencies, ports authorities, or marine transportation stakeholders is considered an asset.
