Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for faculty, staff, and trainees, delivering exceptional service and support
- Provide specialized onboarding support for new employees, including laboratory staff, postdoctoral researchers, and students

- Minimum Education and Experience
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum Experience
- Minimum of 4+ years of administrative or related experience
- Experience Exception: Bachelor's degree with no experience required
- Experience with planning, organizing, and coordinating activities
- Strong attention to detail with experience managing routine or repetitive tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
