Responsibilities

  • Achieve the commercial objectives of your region and of Thermo King BeLux as a whole.

Requirements

  • Industry Expertise: Experience in (Refrigerated) Transport or a comparable industry is a plus.
  • Business Development Skills: Strong ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Fluent proficiency in Dutch, French, and English.
  • Excellent Networking and Presentation Skills.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset.
  • Self-starter, flexible, persistent.
  • Experience in Account Management, Business Development, and consultative selling, preferably in a comparable industry.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, ERP, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic skills, both verbal and written.
  • Willingness to travel within Belgium and a few times per year internationally.
