Responsibilities
- Support Clinical Project Managers (CPMs) with day‑to‑day project administration across study start‑up, execution, and close‑out activities

- What We Look For
- Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical drug development, clinical trials, or clinical research (preferred)
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Healthcare, medical imaging, or clinical research exposure preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
- Detail‑oriented, responsive, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, changing environment with a proactive and pragmatic approach
