About the role

Right Now Group are recruiting for HGV Class 1 and Class 2 Drivers to join our client, a leading secure logistics provider based in Feltham . This role offers the opportunity to work within a highly professional and security-focused environment, transporting high-value goods across London and to airlines operating at Heathrow Airport . This is a Monday to Friday position operating on a rotating early and late shift pattern, with regular overtime available. Key Responsibilities - HGV Class 1 and Class 2 Drivers Operate Class 1 or Class 2 vehicles in line with drivers' hours and tachograph regulations Complete secure deliveries and collections across London and Heathrow airline locations Transport high-value and security-sensitive goods in line with strict operational procedures Complete all delivery, security, and compliance documentation accurately Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects promptly Maintain high standards of health, safety, and security at all times Work closely with colleagues to ensure all operational deadlines are met Skills and Experience Required - HGV Class 1 and Class 2 Drivers Valid HGV Class 1 or Class 2 licence Clean or near-clean driving licence Good working knowledge of tachograph rules and drivers' hours Strong understanding of health & safety regulations Good written and spoken English Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team Valid passport (required for airport-related work) SIA licence preferred , or previous experience working within an SIA-regulated environment Security & Compliance - HGV Class 1 and Class 2 Drivers Due to the nature of the goods being transported, successful candidates will be required to: Complete 10-year employment and reference checks Pass a credit check Successfully undergo a criminal background check (DBS) What's on Offer - HGV Class 1 and Class 2 Drivers Class 1 Salary: £38,500 per annum Class 2 Salary: £38,000 per annum Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday Week 1: 05:00 start (8-hour shifts with regular overtime) Week 2: 13:00 / 14:00 start Annual Leave: 23 days + Bank Holidays Company pension scheme Life assurance & critical illness cover Employee Assistance Programme On-site parking Overtime opportunities Additional Information Suitable candidates will be contacted within 24 hours of application.
