募集背景 高付加価値をもたらすシリコーン製品を扱う当社では、日本法人のみならず、海外拠点を含め、約3500種類の製品を扱っています。これらの製品を効率的に輸送・配送するためのシステムを活用・運用を担う当ポジションで活躍頂ける方からのご応募をお待ちしております。 Responsibilities Include: 仕事内容 このポジションは、輸送管理システムのシニアスペシャリストとして、主に以下の業務を担当していただきます。 輸送管理システム（TMS）を活用し、日々の輸送業務の実行と監督を担い、国内貨物の効率的かつ費用対効果の高い輸送を実現します。 また、出荷状況の監視、例外処理、納期遵守の確保、SSCP（貨物輸送計画）の活用、管理を行います。 積載計画において、物流パフォーマンスを最適化するために、貨物の合積みの機会を積極的に特定、実施することでコストとサービスの最適化を図ります。 貨物の請求、支払い、監査プロセスをサポートし、経理上の正確性とコンプライアンスを維持します。 社内の物流チームおよび外部パートナーと連携し、輸送サービスレベルと業務の整合性を向上させます。 また、TMS内でLTL輸送業者、ルートガイド、料金表（燃料サーチャージを含む）を管理します。 パフォーマンス指標（KPI）の策定とコスト分析にも参加します。ビジネスチームおよびオペレーションチームと連携し、戦略的イニシアチブを推進し、主要業績目標（G&O）を達成します。 システム拡張をサポートし、TMS関連プロジェクトおよびテストに参加します。 また、TMSプラットフォーム内のマスターデータの正確性と整合性を確保し、 緊急輸送やその他の顧客の緊急タスクをサポートします。 国内配送のみならず、輸出、輸入に関わる国際輸送に関する業務にも携わることで、国内外の担当者とのコミュニケーションを持ち、また、オペレーション上のリスク、懸念事項を精査し、改善を行います。 新たに導入されるシステム（タンクコンテナマネジメント、インバウンドShip to Pay （S2P）の運用、メンテナンスを管理し、システムの改善、拡張にも参画します。 This position, as a Transportation Management System (TMS) senior specialist, will primarily involve the following responsibilities. ・Utilizing the Transportation Management System (TMS) to execute and supervise daily transportation operations, ensuring efficient and cost-effective domestic cargo transport. This includes monitoring shipment status, handling exceptions, ensuring on-time delivery, and utilizing SSCP (Shipment Planning Services). ・In loading planning, proactively identifying and implementing opportunities for cargo consolidation to optimize logistics performance, thereby optimizing costs and services. ・Supporting cargo billing, payment, and audit processes to maintain accounting accuracy and compliance. ・Collaborating with internal logistics teams and external partners to improve transportation service levels and operational consistency. This also involves managing LTL carriers, route guides, and price lists (including fuel surcharges) within the TMS. ・Participating in the development of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and cost analysis. Collaborating with business and operations teams to drive strategic initiatives and achieve key performance Goals (G&O). ・We support system expansions and participate in TMS-related projects and testing. Requirements

• 必須 (MUST)
• 物流（サプライチェーン）関連分野の学士号または同等の教育やご経験をお持ちの方のご応募をお待ちしております。
• サプライチェーン分野での3～5年の実務経験、またはサプライチェーンマネジメント、エンジニアリング、ビジネス、もしくは関連分野の学士号
• 輸送業務またはTMS管理における5年以上の実務経験
• 輸出、輸入等の国際輸送における実務経験
• 高い分析力と問題解決能力
• 優れたコミュニケーション能力と組織力
• ・Microsoft Officeアプリケーション（Word、Excel、PowerPoint）、SAPに精通していること
• 英語でのコミュニケーション能力

• We welcome applications from candidates with a bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience in a logistics (supply chain) related field.
• 3-5 years of practical experience in the supply chain field, or a bachelor's degree in supply chain management, engineering, business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of practical experience in transportation operations or TMS management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP.
• English communication skills.
