Junior Site Development & Data Research Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Site Development & Data Research Specialist (m/w/d) to support our expansion across Westphalia and Bavaria. This is a data-driven entry-level role with exposure to site acquisition activities. The primary focus is on data mining, research, and pipeline building, with gradual involvement in property owner outreach and deal support. You will work closely with the Sales and Site Acquisition team to identify, validate, and develop new site opportunities.

• Highly organised and reliable with a proactive mindset. Curious, detail-oriented, and willing to learn. Data-driven with an interest in commercial processes. Team-oriented with a hands-on approach. Motivated to grow into broader site acquisition or sales responsibilities.
• Location & Working Model
• Germany, with focus on Westphalia and Bavaria regions. Hybrid working model combining remote work with some field exposure depending on business needs.
