Service Engineer (CCTV & Security Systems)

Responsibilities

• 🔹 Perform installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarm, and Security Systems.
• 🔹 Diagnose and troubleshoot system faults, hardware issues, and network-related problems.
• 🔹 Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
• 🔹 Provide on-site technical support and respond promptly to service requests.
• 🔹 Prepare service reports and maintain accurate maintenance records.
• 🔹 Work closely with project teams, customers, and vendors to deliver excellent service.
• 🔹 Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during all service activities.

Requirements

• ✅ Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, IT, or a related discipline.
• ✅ Experience in CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Detection, or Security Systems is preferred.
• ✅ Familiarity with IP networking, structured cabling, and system troubleshooting.
• ✅ Hands-on, proactive, and customer-oriented mindset.
• ✅ Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• ✅ Possess a valid Class 3 Driving Licence (advantageous).
