Job Title: M365 / Exchange OnlineEngineer Monthly Salary: $8,000 - $10,500 SGD Location: Singapore Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Roles & Responsibilities Administer and support Exchange Online environment including mail flow, transport rules, and hygiene Manage shared mailboxes, distribution groups, resource mailboxes, and room mailboxes Configure and maintain retention policies, litigation hold, and compliance features Administer email journaling for archiving and legal compliance requirements Troubleshoot mail flow issues, delivery failures, and transport delays Manage SMTP relay and connector configurations Support hybrid Exchange configurations with on-premises infrastructure Implement and maintain email security policies (anti-phishing, anti-malware, safe links/attachments) Coordinate with security team on email threat investigations Generate executive reports on email usage and security posture Manage mailbox migrations from on-premises to Exchange Online Maintain documentation of email environment and standard operating procedures Job Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field Minimum 5 years of experience with Exchange Server and Exchange Online Strong understanding of SMTP, DNS (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and email routing Experience with email security platforms (Proofpoint, Mimecast, or similar) Proficiency in PowerShell for Exchange Online management Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate preferred Experience with hybrid Exchange deployments and migration tools Basic understanding of ITIL principles Ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical stakeholders Singaporeans and PRs are encouraged to apply.
