We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Logistics Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the daily execution of shipments, tracking inventory, and communicating with carriers to ensure timely delivery of goods. This role is office-based at our Bellevue, Washington office with extensive travel. What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities) Shipment Tracking: Monitor outgoing and incoming shipments to ensure they reach their destinations on time; provide status updates to internal teams and customers. Documentation: Prepare and process essential logistics paperwork, including Bills of Lading (BOL), commercial invoices, and packing lists. Carrier Communication: Coordinate with trucking companies to schedule pickups and deliveries. Data Entry: Maintain accurate records regarding shipment costs, transit times, and inventory levels. Problem Solving: Assist in resolving minor transit delays or documentation errors by communicating effectively with vendors and warehouse staff. Cross functional: Travel across the country 70% of the time to coordinate with Marketing team, deliver and set up the product for shows and events. Required Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables) and comfort learning new software systems. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with drivers, vendors, and management. Organization: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Detail-Oriented: A "measure twice, cut once" mindset to prevent costly shipping errors. Travel: Must be able to lift up to 50lbs occasionally; Be able to work with light electrical appliances; Must be able to rent and drive a car for long periods of time; Must be willing to travel 70% of the time away from home base. Preferred Experience and Skills Internship experience in a warehouse, shipping department, or freight brokerage. Familiarity with ERP systems (like SAP or Oracle) or Transportation Management Systems (TMS) . Basic understanding of Incoterms (EXW, FOB, CIF, etc.). Bilingual abilities (specifically Spanish or Mandarin) depending on your shipping lanes.
