- Reporting & Analytics
- Review and monitor KPIs including:

- Aging performance
- Bad debt exposure
- Cash collections performance
- Prepare executive-level reporting and business reviews
- Drive process improvements through data analysis and automation initiatives
- Process Improvement & Controls
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability
- Implement best practices in credit risk assessment and collections management
- Support ERP and collections tool optimization initiatives
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements
Requirements
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- MBA or credit certification is a bonus
- 8 - 12+ years of experience in Credit, Collections, Accounts Receivable, or Order-to-Cash functions
- 3 - 5+ years of people management experience
- Experience managing global teams across multiple regions
- Experience working in multinational or shared services environments
- Strong credit risk assessment expertise
- Advanced collections and receivables management knowledge
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Strong analytical and financial acumen
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, NetSuite, Salesforce or similar platforms
- Advanced Excel & Power BI reporting capabilities
