About the role

As the Demand Generation Manager based in New York, you will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of demand generation campaigns across the US market. You will develop, launch, and manage integrated campaigns to generate leads, drive awareness, and convert prospects into qualified opportunities. Working closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams, you'll ensure that our campaigns are targeted, data-driven, and aligned with 9fin's business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Every day is different, but here's an example of the kind of things you'll work on:
  • Develop and lead multi-faceted demand generation programs from ideation to execution for the US market, focused on driving high-quality leads, building pipeline, and accelerating sales.
  • Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns across channels (email, paid media, social media, webinars, content syndication, events, tradeshows, publications) to engage prospects and align with 9fin's growth goals.
  • Build and manage lead nurturing programs, including automated email campaigns and workflows, to drive engagement and optimize conversions at each funnel stage.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure high lead quality and seamless handoffs, and partner with product marketing to align campaign messaging with product positioning and value propositions.
  • Measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance using key metrics, continuously refining strategies based on data to optimize future campaigns.
  • Manage campaign budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and reporting on spend, ROI, and opportunities for cost optimization.
  • Work with the content team to develop compelling messaging, assets, and offers (eBooks, case studies, whitepapers, ROI guides, etc.) that align with campaign goals and resonate with target audiences.
  • Oversee relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth campaign execution and deliver desired outcomes.
  • About You
  • This role will be a great fit if you have:
  • 6+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or campaign management, preferably within a B2B SaaS or fintech environment.
  • A strong track record designing and executing integrated campaigns across multiple channels (email, paid media, social media, content marketing, and more).
  • Demonstrated success driving lead generation, pipeline growth, and revenue through data-driven, multi-touch campaigns.
  • Deep expertise in HubSpot and Salesforce, with hands-on experience building workflows, reporting dashboards, and attribution models.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track, measure, and report on campaign performance and ROI at a senior level.
  • Proven experience working closely with sales teams to drive effective lead qualification, scoring, and nurturing.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging for sophisticated financial services audiences.
  • The ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • A genuine passion for demand generation, marketing innovation, and continuous learning.
