Evangelism & Enablement Conduct technical workshops, solution validation sessions, and integration health checks with customer teams. Develop implementation playbooks and reusable reference architectures for common customer patterns. The Qualities That Set You Apart Excellent Communicator - Excellent verbal and written communication; able to interface effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. High Empathy - Ability to balance customer advocacy with product capabilities and navigate competing priorities. Comfortable with Ambiguity - Thrives navigating rapidly shifting priorities and complex, undefined problems. Strong Visual Thinker - Strong diagramming, documentation, and solution storytelling abilities (e.g. Lucidchart, Miro, Draw.io). Your Background Architecture & Systems Integration Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and integration patterns (e.g. webhooks, event-driven, REST/gRPC). Cloud infrastructure architecture (AWS-focused, but familiar with GCP/Azure basics). Container orchestration with Docker & Kubernetes. Security & Networking Secure API access, JWT/OAuth2, TLS/SSL principles. Symmetric and asymmetric encryption algorithms and key management. End-to-end encryption, VPN and SSH-based connections. Backend Engineering Strong familiarity with Java and Spring ecosystem. API design and consumption best practices (OpenAPI, rate limiting, pagination).
