Responsibilities

- Identify and implement ERP system enhancements, including SAP, Epicor, or other digital solutions
- Strengthen financial controls, policies, and reporting systems
- Explore government grants, Free Trade Agreements (FTAs), and cost-saving opportunities to support business growth
- Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Supervise, mentor, and develop finance team members
- Ensure accurate and timely management and financial reporting
- Establish and monitor departmental KPIs and service standards
- Collaborate closely with operations, procurement, sales, and other departments to support business objectives

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
- Professional qualification such as ISCA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant finance and accounting experience, preferably within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Companies Act, Financial Reporting Standards (FRS), GST regulations, and statutory compliance requirements.
- Hands-on experience with EDB reporting and GST filings, including Major Exporter Scheme compliance.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, treasury management, standard costing, and financial analysis.
- Proficient in ERP systems such as SAP, Epicor, or equivalent.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and perform effectively under pressure.
