Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers by telephone to provide product and service information, troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
• Resolve problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems
• Describe products and services to customers in order to respond to customer questions and issues
• Lear and apply Procedures; Comprehensive new job-related information in a timely manner and correctly; recalling and applying that information during customer calls/emails
• Answer secure and unsecure email and live chat inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating and providing an accurate response

Requirements

• HS Diploma
• Minimum 1+ years of client service experience in the financial services industry

Axos Bank Target Range: $17.00/Hr. - $19.00/Hr. Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education. Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets. About This Job Critical customer-facing position and is the primary contact for selected clients. Demonstrates effective leadership and collaboration with team members and other departments, assisting colleagues with complex problem resolution including compliance issues.
