Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage building automation systems (BMS) for proper performance

Requirements
- Associate degree or technical training, or equivalent work experience
- Universal CFC certification required
- 5+ years of HVAC or refrigeration experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills for complex systems and controls
- Basic understanding of building systems and maintenance practices
- Ability to read and understand manuals, drawings, and instructions
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Must complete OSHA 10 within 6 months of hire
- Strong focus on safety for yourself and others
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Able to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks (standing, walking, climbing ladders)
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-4:00 PM
- Willing to work at multiple locations and be on call as needed
- If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
- For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 34 - 57 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
- This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
