Requirements

• Must hold a valid Bunker Quantity Surveyor (BQS)license.
• Minimum [2-5] years of experience in bunkerquantity surveying or a related marine/oil & gas role.
• Strong knowledge of marine fuel systems, tankcalibration, and quantity measurement techniques.
• Familiarity with maritime regulations and portauthority procedures.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• PreferredQualifications:
• STCWBasic Safety Training certification.
• Familiaritywith mass flow meter (MFM) systems and relevant monitoring software.
• Proficiencyin report writing and digital data collection tools.

Job Description - Perform pre- and post-bunker surveys onboardvessels and at shore terminals. - Accurately measure fuel quantities usingappropriate methods (ullage, temperature, density, etc.). - Ensure adherence to industry standards (e.g.,ISO 22192:2021) during bunker operations. - Prepare and issue bunker survey reports anddocumentation in a timely manner. - Act as an independent verifier during fuel deliveryto protect the interests of stakeholders. - Investigate and resolve quantity discrepanciesor disputes during bunkering.
