  • As an Insurance Agent, you'll get to:

  • Follow up on warm leads and open quotes provided to you

  • Join team events, trainings, and brainstorm new ways to grow together
  • What You Bring
  • We want someone who is driven, friendly, and eager to grow. Here's what we're looking for:
  • At least one year of experience in sales, insurance, or customer-facing roles
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Confidence on the phone, over email, and in person
  • Positive attitude and a love for learning new things
  • Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty and/or Life insurance license (if not already licensed)
  • Speaking a second language is a bonus!
