We are currently looking for a Legal Administrator to join our busy team! Whilst no previous experience is required for this role, we require candidates to have a willingness to learn, a can-do attitude and a be team player. The Ideal candidate will be able to follow structured processes and procedures, work efficiently and be able to handle numerous transfer files simultaneously; have excellent communication skills to interact email primarily; be organized and able to prioritise their own workload and be engaging and approachable. Salary : £27,000 Legal Administrator Duties: Dealing with Solicitors and resident's general enquiries in relation to the sale or transfer process. Dealing with residents change of ownership details for the managed properties, including the production of the legal contract (Deed of Covenant) and issuing consent to Land Registry. Updating computer records for new owners. General admin duties to assist the overall smooth running of the office which includes general answering of emails and assisting with the company's six-monthly invoice run. Assisting the purchase ledger and customer accounts departments with administrative duties.
