As a Transaction Coordinator, you will work on the team that oversees all details throughout the real estate transaction process. Our Transaction team members are experienced in real estate and serve as the first point of contact for all parties involved. From document review for compliance to deadline tracking to timely completion of all commission processing, your goal is to make life easier for agents and clients every step of the way. Please Note - This position will require you to be in the local office 2x per month At Compass You Will: Process commission payments to agents, while tracking referral payments and agent deductions Navigate company systems to validate accuracy of compliance and commission records Work closely with accounting to review and audit commission records in the accounting system Provide support to agents in response to inquiries regarding commission payouts, deductions, commission calculations, compliance requirements Collaborate with sales managers and other support teams to offer outstanding support to the agents Partner with the Accounting team to research and respond to commissions inquiries impacting the monthly financial statement close Handle document tracking for a large volume of real estate transactions from listing to close, and/or contract to close, ensuring compliance with brokerage and legal requirements Collaborate with the Product & Engineering Team to help us build a better real estate transaction system
