The Solution Architect is the key contributor in defining solution strategy and design principles, and ensuring the alignment between the business needs and technical solutions. The key responsibilities of this role include: - Serving as a subject matter expert to guide technology strategy for SAP & Non SAP Hire-to- retire - Developing and maintaining a global roadmap for HR and Payroll - Developing and executing architectural strategy for design and implementation, Creating and documenting High Level Solution Designs, and working with Solution Delivery leads to identify software options, impacts and recommendations - Presenting High Level Solution Designs to senior leadership - Preparing and maintaining architecture diagrams and data models - Working with business teams and technical analysts to understand business requirements - Serving as a technical resource for business teams to help define, estimate and recommend optimized solutions - Preparing visual diagrams of system architecture, functionality, and process flows - Defining and advocating software architecture standards and best practices - Reviewing and signing off on technical designs - Working with development, infrastructure, test, and production support teams to ensure proper implementation of solution.
