Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team focused on onboarding new suppliers

Project Expedition , a rapidly growing travel company, is seeking a Team Leader for our Content Development Team. As part of our Supplier Partnerships Department, this role is focused on leading supplier onboarding and content quality, ensuring new tour operators are set up for success on our platform from day one. If you enjoy building processes, working cross-functionally, and helping partners succeed, this could be a great fit. The right candidate will lead by example, while onboarding new suppliers, managing early-stage relationships, and ensuring high-quality content and seamless integrations. You'll play a key role in scaling our supply inventory and improving how we bring new experiences onto the platform. This is a hybrid role where you'll lead a small team while also staying hands-on as an individual contributor.
