TikTok Shop - Content Creator-Governance & Experience Operational Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the development of data-driven policies & programs to manage e-commerce creators' content operations performance and policy compliance. Design and execute go-to-market strategies to ensure effective policy/program implementation with country teams to deliver impact and key outcomes.
• Analyze the e-commerce creator ecosystem trends to identify & monitor risks, developing new signals & measurement mechanisms to enhance platform capabilities to detect & mitigate emerging issues with potential negative impacts on our e-commerce community of consumers, sellers & creators.
• Support the creation & maintenance of project plans and roadmaps in accordance with organizational priorities, define delivery methodologies, and drive project execution & tracking.
• -Handle cross-functional communications and prepare case and data summaries related to this domain.
• Support the development and ,implementation of new operational workflows - in collaboration with cross-functional teams like Engineering, Operations, Moderation, Product, and Policy - to enhance large-scale automation, risk detection and mitigation, as well as quality assurance and improvements.
• Support the design, launch and review key metrics to enable deeper investigations and case reviews, ensuring that day-to-day ecosystem health is maintained throughout the e-commerce creator ecosystem.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree.
• 1-3 years of years of experience in related domains, including Strategy or Operations Management Consulting, Platform Governance, Trust and Safety Policymaking and Operations Management, or Ecommerce Strategy, Seller or Product Growth, Risk, Compliance, or Experience programs
• Proficiency in English and Spanish is required for this role.
• Excellent stakeholder and program management skills.
• Preferred Qualification:
• Experience in explaining complex solutions in a simple way and able to influence others without authority.
