New Product Development Lead

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in New Product Development, ideally within beauty or cosmetics
• Strong understanding of formulation, packaging and manufacturing processes
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver to tight timelines
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills
• High attention to detail with strong organisational and problem-solving abilities

As our New Product Development Lead on a 12-month contract , you will take ownership of delivering innovative beauty products from concept through to launch. Working across MECCA MAX and colour, this hands-on role will see you drive end-to-end product development, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners to bring exciting new products to life. You'll play a key role in shaping our innovation pipeline while ensuring every product meets MECCA's high standards of quality, creativity, and performance. The Role You Could Play: Lead end-to-end delivery of new product development projects from concept to launch Collaborate with brand, design, regulatory and supply chain teams to deliver best-in-class products Manage timelines, milestones and vendor relationships to ensure projects stay on track Drive packaging development and artwork approvals in line with brand and compliance requirements Support innovation pipeline planning, including key seasonal launches such as Holiday collections
