Visa DPS customers include traditional financial institutions, Fintechs, Neobanks and 3rd party aggregators. Building upon foundation of Visa DPS debit processing business, we are expanding our capability to include additional payment types such as credit. We are looking for digital and tech savvy product leader who is passionate about innovating and delivering differentiated client and end-user experiences in product and Issuer processing space. This Sr. Manager Product will be responsible for defining the DPS Forward Value-Added Services Product Strategy and Roadmap, and delivering new and differentiating VAS offerings that will be integrated into existing Visa DPS Forward platform, working with cross-functional Visa colleagues, clients, and external partners. Visa will accept applications for this role until at least June 2, 2026. This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Requirements

  • 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 5 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 or more years of experience with a PhD
  • 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
  • Knowledge of payments industry, products, services, and technologies with preference for 2+ years in the industry and ideally a baseline understanding of Issuer Processing
  • Customer‑centric mindset with strong business acumen and the ability to engage effectively with clients, partners, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to convert business problems into well-defined product requirements and drive credible discussions that shape technical solutions
  • Strong experience operating in Agile environments, including Jira Management, SDLC, roadmap development, requirements prioritization, user stories, and backlog grooming.
  • Strong understanding of REST API technologies, architectures, authentication (OAuth, JWT), API documentation tools (OpenAPI/Swagger/JSON), and API developer tools.
  • Demonstrated leadership, accountability, and self‑motivation in fast‑paced, evolving environments, with a strong passion for value-driven delivery and results.
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills with clients, external partners, and internal stakeholders in matrixed environments
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with Jira Align or other agile tools, and certification in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is preferred
  • Experience leveraging AI/ML solutioning, GenAI, and other AI tools to improve workflows and decision-making
