- Along with territory managers, communicate with applicants via phone, email, virtual meetings, and in-person interactions to provide guidance and support throughout the admissions cycle.
- Maintain accurate student records and update applicant information within university systems.
- Assist with recruitment initiatives, outreach events, campus visits, orientations, and admissions presentations.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless admissions and onboarding experience for students.
- Monitor application status and follow up with applicants regarding missing documentation or next steps.
- Support compliance with institutional policies, FERPA regulations, and admissions standards.
- Prepare reports and assist with data tracking related to admissions activities and enrollment goals.

Requirements
- Required Education and Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or completion of program of 18+ months after high school or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience working with database or student information systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse populations and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
- Previous experience in higher education, admissions, recruitment, or student services.
- Familiarity with Campus Solutions. , CRM systems, or student enrollment platforms.
- Knowledge of admissions processes, higher education regulations, and student engagement best practices.
