Responsibilities
- In this role, you will take a central position in our business, owning and driving the solution design process across the entire sales cycle.
- Lead solution design for complex Hybrid IT & Cloud opportunities, from early dialogue to final proposal
- Collaborate closely with Account Managers, Sales Specialists, customer teams, and delivery organization to understand customer needs and translate them into viable solutions
- Coordinate input from multiple technical domains to ensure a cohesive and high-quality solution

- Proven experience working with solution design in complex IT business or outsourcing environments
- Strong knowledge within datacenter technologies such as backup, storage, recovery, and related infrastructure services
- Experience with public cloud, private cloud, and hybrid environments, and how these translate into customer value
- Ability to lead and coordinate solution design in strategic deals and tenders
- Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with both customers and internal stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in Swedish (native or near-native) and good English
