Apprentice Eligibility Candidates must not be already registered on the NAPS (National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme) portal as apprentices Candidates should not have an active UAN/PF account The Team: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Communications Apprentice to support strategic communication initiatives within the Enterprise Solutions team. This role is ideal for individuals interested in building a career in corporate communications, business reporting, and stakeholder engagement. The Impact: As an apprentice, you will assist in creating, managing, and delivering communication materials that ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Communication Support
  • Assist in preparing communication plans aligned with business objectives, Support creation of reports, presentations, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) decks.
  • Create and maintain content such as newsletters, dashboards, and presentations.
  • Executive communication and Channel Management
  • Help draft leadership updates, summaries, and key communication materials, through platforms such as email, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Support simplifying business updates for a wider audience and ensure information is shared accurately and on time.
  • Stakeholder Coordination
  • Coordinate with different teams/stakeholders to gather input and updates.
  • Follow up on communication requirements and ensure timely execution.
  • Governance & Consistency
  • Assist in maintaining consistent messaging across communications.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational branding and communication standards.
  • Process Improvement
  • Contribute to improving business processes, reporting templates, and workflows.
  • Support adoption of structured approaches and best practices.
  • Tools & Data Management
  • Works with tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration platforms to develop reports, presentations, and communication content.
  • Quality of reports, dashboards, and communication content
  • Experience in presenting business data through visual storytelling is an added advantage.

Requirements

  • Basic Qualification
  • Fresher 2025 or 2026 passout : MBA (Marketing/Sales/Communications) or bachelor's degree (final year/graduate) in Management, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Must be willing to work flexible shift (both UK and US)
  • Interest in corporate communications and business management
  • Good analytical and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail - ensures accuracy in reporting and tracking.
  • Structured thinking - organizes information clearly and effectively.
  • Proactiveness - identifies issues early and takes initiative.
