Responsibilities
- Specification & quality alignment - Review product and service specifications before release to suppliers to confirm they reflect the required quality standards. Work with design, engineering, and procurement teams to clarify requirements and address quality issues early in the process.

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in supplier quality assurance, auditing, or quality control in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Knowledge of quality standards and methodologies such as ISO 9001, Six Sigma, and Lean Manufacturing.
- Proficiency with quality management systems and data analysis tools.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across cultures and backgrounds.
- A team player who collaborates well with internal stakeholders (Production, Engineering, Quality, Procurement) and external suppliers.
- The role is based in our office, with partial remote work possible, and includes limited travel (up to 10%) to suppliers.
