We are looking for an entrepreneurial Product Manager to own, scale, and innovate the digital experiences that connect over 50,000 global innovators annually. Role Overview As the Product Manager for TOKEN2049 and SuperAI, you will bridge the gap between complex technical capabilities and high-end physical experiences. You will own the lifecycle of our web platforms, mobile networking applications, attendee badging systems, and AI-driven event tools (like real-time assistant agents and matchmaking algorithms). Your goal is to maximize connectivity, eliminate operational friction, and deliver an immersive, tech-forward product experience for partners, investors, and attendees.

Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and drive the multi-platform product vision for both TOKEN2049 and SuperAI. Align digital tools with high-energy physical experiences like the NEXT Hackathons, Nexus Startup competitions, and AFTER 2049.
• Feature Delivery: Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of our digital products, from scoping and wireframing to engineering sprints, QA, and deployment. This includes custom web platforms, native mobile apps, and interactive attendee portals.
• AI Integration & Innovation: Actively build and scale AI-driven features for SuperAI and TOKEN2049, including AI-powered networking tools, automated attendee matchmaking, and conversational Telegram/in-app event assistants.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Marketing, Commercial/Sponsorships, and Operations teams to translate business constraints and high-stakes deadlines into smooth technical execution.
• Data & Optimization: Track product metrics (user engagement, app adoption, connection success rates) to continuously iterate and eliminate "friction points" within the digital infrastructure.

Requirements

• Experience & Qualifications
• 4+ Years of Product Management Experience: Proven track record of launching and scaling consumer-facing web or mobile applications, preferably in fast-paced tech startups, B2B marketplaces, or event-tech ecosystems.
• Domain Familiarity: A solid understanding of Web3 concepts (wallets, token gating, NFTs) and Artificial Intelligence infrastructure (LLMs, AI agents, conversational UI).
• High Execution Velocity: Ability to manage tight, hard deadlines. In the events industry, launch dates cannot be pushed back; you must thrive under pressure and enjoy shipping features rapidly.
• Technical Literacy: Comfortable speaking the language of engineering. Experience working with APIs, content management systems, and custom mobile apps.
• User-Centric Design Focus: A sharp eye for UI/UX. You know how to design clean, high-end interfaces that appeal to C-level tech executives and elite developers alike.
