Responsibilities
- Support client projects and engagements related to State Price Transparency Reporting (SPTR), ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and client objectives

- Develop, update, and maintain client policies and procedures to support compliance with state regulations and strengthen governance frameworks
- Drive process improvements, centralized tracking tools, and automation to enhance efficiency and reduce compliance risk
- Deliver high-quality client deliverables while effectively managing internal and external expectations, ensuring on-time or ahead-of-schedule delivery
- Maintain strong client relationships to support satisfaction, retention, renewals, and identification of additional service opportunities
- Competencies Required
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Public Health, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical pricing, compliance, or regulatory reporting
- Direct experience with State Price Transparency Reporting (SPTR) requirements preferred
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical pricing constructs (e.g., WAC, ASP, discounts, rebates)
- Ability to interpret and apply complex, non-uniform state regulations
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance
- Effective client-facing communication and relationship management skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines across jurisdictions
