About the role

KGI Securities is building a next-generation retail trading platform for Asian markets, and we are growing the creative team that makes it visible. As a Product & Marketing Design Intern, you will be part of a lean, high-ownership team responsible for shaping both our product experience and brand presence across every customer touchpoint, from client-facing products and internal platforms to marketing campaigns and social media. You will work directly with the marketing and design lead, get real exposure to building a brand from zero, and develop skills across both performance-driven creatives and product design. If you are visually sharp, execution-focused, and want to grow fast in fintech, this is the role. The Role: What You'll Do Social Media & Marketing Creatives - Design static and animated assets for social media campaigns across Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok - Produce marketing collaterals including banners, email templates, event materials, and paid ad creatives - Iterate quickly on creative concepts based on performance data and feedback Product UI/UX & Website - Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business goals, user needs, and operational workflows, translating complex requirements into intuitive and scalable product experiences. - Contribute to UI/UX design for both client-facing products and internal CRM platforms, creating intuitive experiences across different user journeys. - Support the design of website pages, landing pages, and conversion-focused layouts Brand & Quality - Maintain visual consistency across all assets in line with brand guidelines - Help build and organise a scalable asset library as the business grows - Spot opportunities to improve design quality and flag them proactively

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, Communications, or a related creative field
  • Proficient in Figma; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a strong plus. Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance the design process and improve productivity is a bonus.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating work across digital design, social media, or UI/UX
  • Detail-oriented with a good eye for typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
  • Able to move fast without sacrificing quality, you take ownership of your output
  • Genuine interest in financial markets or fintech is an advantage
