This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Production Manager to take ownership of a production team and drive operational success in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in supporting the Operations Manager, ensuring day-to-day operations run efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality, safety and performance. Production Manager Wednesbury Full-time Permanent What will make you stand out? Good written and verbal skills. Ability to listen to and influence peer group and department team members to build and lead effective working teams. Good attention to detail and the ability to analyse data and interpret the information effectively to continuously improve the department and/or team. Ability to organise self and others to ensure tasks are carried out in a timely manner. IT skills (email, all MS Office software including Project and PowerPoint). Proactive customer focussed approach to service delivery. Your Mission at Elis Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the production team to achieve site objectives and performance targets Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and legislative requirements Deliver operational excellence by meeting KPIs, quality standards, and customer delivery expectations Organise staffing levels in line with production forecasts and budget requirements Monitor and report performance metrics including productivity, quality, and OTIF Coach, motivate, and develop team members to build a high-performing workforce Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and operational effectiveness Coordinate with internal departments to support production targets and resolve issues Manage production plans, stock levels, and ensure smooth running of daily operations What's on offer? 33 Days Holiday Company Pension Employee Assistance Programme Life Assurance On-site Parking Private Medical A competitive salary along with an exciting career with a company that supports development and ambition.
