- Market Intelligence
- Stay current on retail media, digital advertising, shopper marketing, and CPG industry trends.
- Gather competitive intelligence and identify emerging opportunities within the Brazilian market.
- Provide feedback to product and leadership teams to support the evolution of BEES Ads offerings.
Requirements
- Required
- Relevant experience in digital advertising sales, retail media, media sales, shopper marketing, or related commercial roles.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience selling to CPG brands, manufacturers, or advertising agencies.
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and enterprise-level client relationships.
- Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English, bonus Spanish.
- Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Preferred
- Experience in retail media networks, eCommerce advertising, marketplace advertising, or commerce media.
