Responsibilities
- lead the development of harmonised clinical trial guidance and practices
- standardise vendor processes and procedures with an emphasis on gathering feedback from internal stakeholders on vendor ongoing suitability
- develop clear procedural guidance for working with external vendors
- review and align clinical trial role position descriptions
- support development of standardised PD frameworks across HEO levels
- adapt existing learning and development resources for broader faculty use
- improve access to clinical trial training and onboarding resources
- drive consistency, reduce duplication, and streamline administrative processes whilst supporting increased compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
- contribute to scalable, self-directed learning pathways

- excellent written communication and documentation skills
