Job Location ATHENS GENERAL OFFICE Job Description At P&G, P&G Professional play a key and meaningful role. Within the PG Professional department, you will coordinate the Technical Service Activities & R&D product execution for Greece and not only, you will support the Sales Team, you will be the single point of contact for distributors partners and you will lead the capability program for P&G PRO systems execution in Greece. Job Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate the Technical Service and R&D Activities to accelerate Greece (Southeastern Europe/Central Europe) P&G PRO Growth Breakthrough on end user understanding: tension points, needs, habits working with central P&G PRO R&D team. Lead resolution of complex and reoccurring end user problems. Provide external service/distributor partners with the right technical capability to support business and commercial plans Ensure our partners deliver our expectations to a consistently high level Ensure all installations and maintenance are successfully completed according to P&G PRO standards and directions and are executed as per R&D Design 2. Support Sales Team in new Group/End User acquisitions for Greece (Southeastern Europe/Central Europe) Provide technical expertise and support sales during Head Office calls Technical input to tenders. Ability to communicate technical approaches and data to non-technical community (internal and external) clearly and concisely Solid business acumen and ability to link Technical Service Organisation strategy with overall Sales strategy Develop test plans: End User Value analysis, products, programs and service levels Coordinate test execution and roll out 3. Technical background (R&D / PS / preferably 5+ yrs external service experience) with capacity to develop strong knowledge of our portfolio and dosing systems to troubleshoot and support our partners and customers. Very Strong Communication and Collaboration skills (presentation) to work effectively with Customers, External Partners, P&G Sales and Technical Functions. Strong ability to articulate technical detail & data effectively with external partners to maximize sales potential. Selling skills. Growth Mindset. Good leadership and ability to work independently to tight project timelines. Fluency to work on Digital systems. Strong Project Management skills. Greek Business proficiency (written and verbal) English Business proficiency (written and verbal). Valid Driver's license.
