Care to imagine what comes next with us? We can't wait to hear from you! We are seeking the talents of a TikTok Manager (M/F) to contribute to the next chapter of Sézane's journey. The position is based in Paris (75). Your missions will be to define, own, and drive Sézane's overall TikTok strategy, encompassing creative direction, brand positioning, content, community growth, and performance. Strategy & Vision : Own the long-term content and brand strategy for TikTok, defining the editorial pillars, tone of voice, and creative direction Arbitrate the tension between TikTok-native authenticity and Sézane's luxury aesthetic standards Identify white space opportunities (new formats, series, cultural moments) before they become mainstream Cross-Functional Leadership : Act as the primary link between TikTok and other internal teams - Image, E-commerce, Retail, Influence and Paid - ensuring TikTok is integrated into 360 campaigns Own the budget for TikTok production and creator partnerships, and allocate resources across priorities Creator & Partnership Strategy : Define the overall creator and UGC strategy for TikTok Lead negotiations and sign-offs on creator partnerships and ambassador relationships Oversee the paid amplification strategy - deciding which organic content to boost and managing Spark Ads in coordination with the media team or agency Business Impact & Reporting : Connect TikTok performance to business outcomes: traffic, conversion, brand awareness Build and own the strategic reporting layer for senior leadership, going beyond weekly metrics to quarterly trends and long-term signals Evaluate and pilot emerging opportunities such as TikTok Shop and social commerce Creative Video Production : Be hands-on in video production - able to support the filming and editing of TikTok content alongside the video team Translate Sézane's aesthetic codes into TikTok-native content that performs without compromising brand standards Serve as the in-house expert on TikTok formats and platform-native storytelling Stay ahead of trends, sounds, and viral mechanics to ensure content is always culturally relevant and optimized for reach Team Leadership : Directly manage the TikTok Project Manager, setting priorities, removing blockers, and ensuring creative quality Minimum 6-8 years of experience in social media and brand content, including TikTok account and content management Deep understanding of TikTok as a cultural platform, not just a distribution channel Experience bridging creative and commercial teams in a brand environment Strong point of view on luxury and lifestyle brands in the social space Comfortable operating at both a strategic and hands-on level Thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, highly collaborative environment Fluent in English, French is a plus Sézane recruits and values all talents, whatever your gender, age, nationality, culture, religious beliefs or sexual orientation.
