Responsibilities

  • Assisting the principal architect in the conceptual design and development of architectural projects
  • Producing detailed design drawings, sketches, and 3D models using CAD and BIM software
  • Conducting site visits and surveys to gather relevant information for project design
  • Collaborating with the project team, including engineers and clients, to ensure the successful delivery of projects
  • Preparing and presenting design proposals and solutions to clients
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest architectural trends, technologies, and industry regulations
  • Supporting the team in project management tasks, such as cost estimating and scheduling

Requirements

  • A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience working as an Assistant Architect or in a similar role
  • Proficiency in using CAD and BIM software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
  • Strong understanding of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction methods
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with professionals from various disciplines
