Responsibilities

- Proactively conduct outbound prospecting via multi-channel (email, phone, social) outbound campaigns to source and qualify high-potential seller-partners.

- Assess seller fit to confirm potential partners, ensuring strong platform fit, identifying the seller growth strategies, and clear pathways to GMV growth.
- Support end-to-end seller onboarding, registration, account setup, and activation of new sellers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure continued support for onboarded sellers. Including merchant navigation through their growth on the platform.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets related to seller acquisition and seller GMV growth within a 3-6 months period.
- Understand the TikTok Shop platform, the competition, and our unique positioning in the industry.
Requirements
- 1+ years of successful B2B sales development (SDR/BDR) or full-cycle sales experience.
- Communication Excellence: Exceptional command of English & German, both written and verbal, for external negotiations and presentations.
- Self-Driven & Organised: Demonstrated strong time management, organisational skills, and the ability to operate autonomously in a remote-first setting.
- Contract Commitment: Availability for a 6-12 month fixed-term contract, with opportunity for extension based on impact and results.
- eCommerce experience: previous direct experience within a high-growth eCommerce, online marketplace, or platform business is a strong advantage.
- Startup passion: Experience operating effectively within a hyper-scaling, fluid, or startup-like environment.
