Responsibilities
- Design and maintain the overall solution architecture spanning Keylight subscription engine, Decisions orchestration platform, Service Contract Master API, Price Edge, Salesforce Commerce, and supporting systems
- -Act as technical lead for developers, providing mentorship, code/configuration reviews, and technical guidance
- -Assess technical feasibility of and translate business requirements into proposed solution approaches

- Assist in problem troubleshooting and assess data quality and consistency across the landscape
- Required Competencies:
- -5+ years in solution architecture roles, preferably in subscription/SaaS business models
- -Strong experience with API-based integrations and enterprise service bus patterns
- -Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code platforms
- -Understanding of subscription management platforms and billing systems
- -Experience leading and mentoring developers
- -Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- -Strong stakeholder management across business and technical audiences
- -Experience with cloud-based SaaS platforms and their configuration
- -Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, pricing engines and entitlement systems beneficial
