- Proven track record in recruitment, employeerelations, and HR policy implementation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,both in English (and Chinese if required for business needs).
- Strong problem-solving, conflict-resolution, anddecision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of aleadership team.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office (Excel,Word, PowerPoint).
- Certification (e.g., IHRP, SHRM, CIPD) will be anadvantage.
