Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and review HR policies andprocedures in line with local employment laws.

  • At least 8 years of HR experience and atleast 5 years of managing role.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and HRbest practices.
  • Proven track record in recruitment, employeerelations, and HR policy implementation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,both in English (and Chinese if required for business needs).
  • Strong problem-solving, conflict-resolution, anddecision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of aleadership team.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office (Excel,Word, PowerPoint).
  • Certification (e.g., IHRP, SHRM, CIPD) will be anadvantage.
