About the role

Build strong relationships with institutional clients-including corporations, financial service providers, and fund managers-by helping them trade financial products, raise funding, and manage risk. The Operations Division plays a critical role in delivering banking, sales & trading, and asset management capabilities worldwide. We partner across the firm to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and integrity in every transaction, while safeguarding assets and reputation through robust risk management. Role Overview As an Operations Analyst, you will join the Equities Synthetic Client Ops team, working in a fast-paced environment with significant client interaction and collaboration across internal teams such as Settlements, Middle Office, Compliance, and Prime Brokerage. You will support complex financial products and ensure efficient transaction processing. You'll work closely with Sales, Trading, Compliance, and other internal teams to deliver best-in-class client service while maintaining strong risk controls. This is a fast-paced environment where adaptability, precision, and proactive problem-solving are key.

Responsibilities

  • Support transaction processing and ensure accuracy in booking systems
  • Partner with Sales & Trading desks to deliver exceptional client service
  • Assist with compliance reporting, presentations, and risk management initiatives
  • Identify and resolve exceptions in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Settlements, Middle Office, Prime Brokerage, Compliance)
  • Drive process improvements and workflow enhancements
  • Maintain timeliness in line with market standards and regulatory requirements
  • Manage operational and reputational risk effectively
  • Demonstrate technical judgment and accuracy by ensuring the team understands the economics of the trade and verify the accuracy in the firm's booking systems

Requirements

  • Tech-savvy with strong analytical skills
  • Upto 1 year Finance experience either internship or work are welcome
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and risk mitigation
  • Contract Duration: 6 months to 1 year and subject to further renewal
  • Preferred those who are able to start within short notice or in July
