POSITION SUMMARY: Provide assistance to dealers and/or retail customers as it pertains to technical, structural and operational issues, of their boat and/or trailer. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Assist dealers and retail customers with technical help as required Analyze warranty data to generate appropriate reports Coordinate repairs at satellite FRP shops Coordinate the return and repair of warranty boats at the factory Review and approve/disapprove warranty repair estimates Provide dealers with on-site training in the operation of Skeeter boat components Assist dealers at fishing tournaments and boat shows Research components within QAD for parts orders Contact all boat owners who return negative "CSI Survey's" and provide resolutions to their problems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferred
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Office Suite
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Some basic knowledge of the structure and operation of components on bass boats
